Here is the process:

  • Visit workrnby.com > Login or if you don’t have an account, then Sign up by clicking on register > Once on Home screen, click on the chat icon present at the left bottom of the screen > Inbox will be opened > Enter your complaint or query > Send the text

Your query will be answered shortly.

Following are the points to remember while seeking help from Worknrby assistant:

1. It is active from 09:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If the query arises after 5:30PM, you can simply send offline messages along with the name, email, and contact number.

2. All the questions in respect of problems faced on Worknrby will be answered.
